SHIPPING POLICY

We accept worldwide delivery. For other country beside Singapore,Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, and Hong Kong please contact our Whatsapp to arrange the delivery.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All domestic orders are shipped via JNE (https://jne.co.id/)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped via RAYSPEED (https://rayspeed.com). Import duties, taxes, customs fees, fines, or penalties incurred when Goods enter the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the local laws and regulations. These charges may vary over time and are payable by the recipient upon arrival.

SHIPPING PROCESS
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is confirmed. Your item(s) will be carefully checked and packaged to ensure they are in excellent condition. Please note that we are not responsible for lost items during delivery or issues caused by misspelled or incomplete shipping addresses. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

SHIPPING FEE
Shipping fees will be calculated automatically upon check out. Please note that the shipping cost will be charged based on the total weight of your order. The weight of every item is listed on the product detail.
