Terms & Conditions
- Products must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your order. For example, if you receive your package on the 1st, it should be returned by the 7th at the latest.
- The product was NOT on sale or discounted, NOT a Pre-Order item and NOT a collaboration product.
- To be eligible for an exchange:
- Your item(s) must be in perfect condition with no defects (unless you received a defective or damaged item and can provide proof).
- The item must be in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
- Exchanges are only for items that are in stock; pre-order items are not eligible.
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item was received defective or damaged with proof.
- Customers may request only one exchange per transaction. To initiate an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions (shipping fees apply).
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Rejected Returns
- Unclaimed returns after 7 days from our notification will be returned to you at your expense or discarded.
- Unmarked or unregistered parcels will be held for a maximum of 14 days before disposal.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can assist you promptly.
Refunds
Refunds are issued solely as store vouchers. These vouchers are valid only for purchases made via WhatsApp and cannot be converted to cash.
Vouchers for exchange items
Once we receive your returned items, a store voucher valid for 14 days will be issued for your next purchase. If the voucher is not used within 14 days, the original items will be returned to you, and the return will be declined.
SAYA reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
