RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 5-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

All exchanges are subject to availability.

Not applicable for sale/discounted items, pre-order items, collaboration collections, and international purchases.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be delivered to us first, in the same condition that you received it -- with tags and in its original packaging, unworn & unwashed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. SAYA reserves the right to reject any returns/exchanges if your return do not meet our criterias.

Customers can only claim product exchange once for each transaction. To start an exchange, you can contact us via WhatsApp. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package (shipping fee will be charged to customer). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We only issue refunds in the form of store vouchers. Vouchers are valid only for purchases made via WhatsApp and cannot be redeemed for cash. We do not offer additional cash or vouchers if the new items value is lower than the one returned.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
